I didn't receive my sign in email
That is unfortunate. Make sure to check your Spam folder, if it's still not there. We recommend trying to sign in again to have the email resent. If that does not work, please reach out to our support via our contact page.
How can I change my username?
You can change your username by going to your Settings page. Tap the menu icon in the top right, and select “Settings” from the menu. Usernames can be up to 30 characters long and include any alphanumeric character and underscores (_)
How can I change my profile image?
You can change your profile image by going to your Settings page. Tap the menu icon in the top right, and select “Settings” from the menu. Upload a new profile image and hit “Save”.
How can I delete my account?
If you really want to delete your account, you can do so from your Settings page. Tap the menu icon in the top right, and select “Settings” from the menu.
When your account is deleted all of your personal information is permanently deleted from our servers.
This is irreversable.
Can Mad Props track the location of a Prop?
We cannot. NFC doesn’t provide any functionality to track itself. Props only store the identifying information for the card, just like a memory card would for your camera or a PlayStation 2. When a user taps a Prop and visits its digital page, we are able to determine a general location based on the internet connection of the device, like any other website could.
I just got my first pack, what do I do?
In order to activate the Props in the pack, tap one of the Props to your NFC enabled phone. This will activate all of the cards in the deck and allow you to add a message to any of them.

What is NFC?
NFC, which stands for Near Field Communication, is like magic for your smartphone. It's the tech that lets you do cool stuff by simply tapping or holding your phone close to another NFC-enabled device or object.
Think of it as a secret handshake for your gadgets. It lets you do things like quickly share files, photos, or contact information with a friend's phone, or make super convenient payments with your phone at stores, just by waving it near the payment terminal.
Apple Pay, Apple Wallet, Google Pay, your credit card, and Nintendo Amiibo are all examples of products leveraging NFC.
Does Mad Props leverage blockchain technology?
No. We don’t believe that the blockchain or NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) provide substantial value to the experience we are trying to create.
What happens if I lose a Prop?
That’s a bummer. There’s really nothing that can be done. Whoever finds it next will be able to receive the Prop.
What if I want to keep my Props instead of passing them along?
That’s totally fine! If you want to keep the Props as a memento of a great meetup or a kind gesture from a stranger, keep it! That’s what Mad Props is all about.
Can I make a custom set of Props for my business or event?
